Head Pressure And Blurred Vision For The Last Few Days

Head pressure and blurred vision for the last few days and last night started getting really dizzy when I turned on my side. Started out with a few shooting pains in my head about four days ago. Those are gone but now just vision issues, fuzzy head feeling and dizziness that comes and goes
