I have several skin bumps on my legs and back. They itch but are not red and are not blisters. They appear and then a few days later disappear, unless I scratch and they then bleed like a mosquito bite. It says could be shingles but the bumps never blister or get worse they itch for a few days or until I scratch and then go away but have come back several times over last six months
