Heavy smoker, don't exercise occasional drug user. 40 years old. Symptoms: shortness of breath, tired and weak. Sometimes I get this sensation of a quick anxiety. Starts in my neck then weird feeling in my stomach. Ears feel clogged or pressure maybe on occasion. I've noticed lately that my muscles seem to tire quickly. Hard to explain
