I am a very health 49 yr old man. I swim, bike, run and train for triathlons. I don't drink or smoke and I'm 6 feet 0 inches and 190 pounds. In essence great shape. I was diagnosed 14 yrs ago with non bacterial prostatitis. I have always masturbated since 16 yrs of age and never stopped. I have had a spermaertocele removed in 1998. However, I have been on ever antibiotic known to man with no success. I have a normal sex life as long as i'm on antibiotics but when I'm done my sex drive is zero. My testes in the last month have atrophied and I'm very concerned. Will they grow back? Also, I have been looking into intraprostatic injection therapy which has been around for awhile but few urologist have mastered to process and proper dosage. I came down with shingles do to a weak immune and stress behind my condition several months ago. I started noticing the atrophy shortly after. what would you recommend?
