Hello - For The Last 4 Days, I've Had A

Hello - For the last 4 days, I've had a mild headache, back pain and leg pain. I feel kind of dehydrated and have had some irregular bowel movements - soft stool. I wake up in the middle of the night and feel dehydrated. I am 49 years old and take medication for blood pressure, high tryglicerides, hypertension and a baby aspirin all of which give me a few leg cramps occasionally , but not always - this last four days, that leg cramping has been constant.
