Hello - I am a 38 year old female that has experienced a great deal of stressful situations the last 10 years. That said, I've not been terribly stressed the last year and a half. I do however suffer from an anxiety disorder. Because of this, I have not sought treatment (thinking it may be caused by anxiety) for my problem. The left side of my face from the bottom of my eye to the bottom of my cheek suddenly went numb (feeling much like when a limb is asleep without the pins and needle sensation). The last few weeks, this moved down more to the bottom corner of my mouth. So a little bit lower. I have found that I "drool" sometimes. My face can move, so I am not paralyzed. I can smile just fine. My eye isn't drooping. My ears do ring from time to time. On the other side of my face, near my mouth, I do get some ticking ... or jumping never sensations... but it does not last long. Also when I get very upset, my left eye will twitch. Since it has been a year .... do you feel this is really a serious issue? Otherwise, I function fine. These problems do not interfere with my day to day life. Thanks so much! ~ Melissa
