Hello - I Am A 44 Year-old Male, 20-30 Lbs

Hello - I am a 44 year-old male, 20-30 lbs overweight (210 lbs, 5 foot, nine inches, a stocky build). I just received my Gamma GT reading (103 U/L ALT 51). I have been drinking too much - a bottle of wine 4-5 nights a week for many months. Otherwise, didn't drink in my 30s and never touched alcohol until age 25. Time to resume my good habits of swimming and walking for sure. Am I correct in assuming that this high GT reading is the result of alcohol consumption and having gained weight since my alcohol-intake increased this past year (in the wake of family deaths, not alcohol-related). Thank you.
