Hello - I Have A 3 Year Old Daughter With

Hello - I have a 3 year old daughter with alopecia aereota in the front of her head. So far she received 2 sessions of injections to the scalp approximately a month apart and then I noticed atrophy (dents in the scalp) As a result I stopped the injections however I'm concerned the hair follicles may have died as a result because I don't see any growth. The dents look slightly better but still no growth. I'm concerned this may lead to self esteem issues because it's in the front and cannot be hidden. Is atrophy of the scalp reversible and will hair eventually grow in? Also I failed to tell you I too have AA as well as my oldest daughter and we responded well to the shots. We both have a head full of hair. I've read on line that one parent gave their child Moducare which is suppose to be a natural supplement that offers immune support. Not sure what to do she takes ballet and is the only little girl in her class that can't wear her hair in a ponytail and everyone is questioning why. Thanks
