Hello - I Have Trouble With Headaches And Recently Started

Hello - I have trouble with headaches and recently started taking topirimate. Because of the side effects my neurologist lowered the dosage, but now I am experiencing the headaches more frequently again. Often combined with dizziness and a tingling or numbing sensation in my tongue and sometimes my head. I have a follow up scheduled with my neurologist in the next few weeks, but until then what should I know and what can I do to help relieve these issues?
