Hello - It Was Determined In Blood-work That I Was

Hello - It was determined in blood-work that I was flat-lined in B-12 and require B12 injections. I have increased severity in the side effects with the facial rash, redness, swelling including eyelids making it terribly uncomfortable and unsightly. I understand that if I stop taking the injections there would be terrible consequences. What can I do? My primary doctor and his practitioner are both fighting their own battles with cancer and have extremely limited availability. Please help.
