Hello - My Wife Had A Reclast Intravenous Treatment 3

Hello - My wife had a Reclast intravenous treatment 3 days ago, and has only today started felling lots of pain in the lower back, hips, cramps, as well as some sharper pains at the lower spine. Has taken ibuprofen, tried heat and then ice. No recent physical activities would otherwise account for these symptoms. Any Suggestions?
