Hello - So The Right Side/lower Part Of My Head

Hello - So the right side/lower part of my head has very sharp, throbbing pain. Goes up the right side - behind the ear - follows the skull contours. Have been taking ibuprofen/using heat at night - seems to help, but doesn't eliminate. Have had it for about a week now.
Some form of neuralgia or ? Not sure if it hurts in my jaw as well....
