Hello - Just Talked With My Sister, Age 59, Lives

Hello - just talked with my sister, age 59, lives in southern California, Monday started getting dry spots on her forehead, then down her nose and around her mouth; now is bright red and continually peeling; all lotions, soaps, salves burn; she is diabetic and overweight just to give you some background. She had her flu shot the first of October. Otherwise nothing new; no new medications, foods, etc. Has Kaiser insurance so can't call until tomorrow and can't walk in and wait. Must have an appointment.
