Hello - My Dogs Have Been Itching - One Has

Hello - my dogs have been itching - one has allergies - one has no hair left on her legs - it has been raining a bit here....I am extremely itchy all over my body all of a sudden...it is something the dogs picked up in the yard? I am almost miserable...never been like this before....and no I have not been into anything. Help
