Hello- I Have Been Having What I Though Was Bad

Hello- I have been having what I though was bad tension headaches in the top right front of my head, but along with it my scalp feels numb and sensitive to touch, it hurts to brush my hair due to the sensitivity. wondering if it was new migraines? Had it off and on for a month now....
