Hello- I Think I Might Have Food Poisoning, But Am

Hello- I think I might have food poisoning, but am not sure. Nobody else I've eaten with lately is sick, though. My symptoms are excessive vomiting for the last 12 hours, diarrhea , dehydration. I can't seem to keep fluids down at all. I also had this one month ago but it only lasted a couple of hours. I don't have a fever or any other symptoms. Any ideas?
