Hello- I’m five weeks (roughly) pregnant. First scan is tomorrow. I have had severe cramping for the past week (abdominal, lower pelvis, cervical, and lower back pain as well). They are bad enough to wake me up and keep me up at night.

No bleeding, only a light mucus. I also have a slight fever.

Is it possible I have miscarried without bleeding?

These are not mild cramps. They are severe. They last between 30 seconds to three or four minutes sometimes even longer. They come and go. Not consistently. There is a consistent pressure and stretching (which I figure Ian normal). However the cramps are bad.
