1. Having Ragi Balls ( Finger Millet) causes heat to body?
2. I have gastritis , having Ragi balls 2 or 3 times a week as breakfast is acceptable?
3. I recently have sore throat and phlegm being created ( no fever, no cold, no running nose, no bronchitis ) , can gastric reflux cause the sore throat and phlegm
