Hello, 1 Week Before My Period Was Due I Had

1 week before my period was due I had brown discharge for about 4-6 days, only when I wiped.. Not enough to even wear a pad or tampon. I am now 10 days late on my period, which is sometimes irregular. I now have period like cramping and what feels like left ovary cramping/pain.. Not all the time though.. I sometimes get nauseated.. I had lower back pain for a day as well. I am constipated and i feel pressure above my pelvic bone. If I am pregnant this would be my second pregnancy. I have taken pregnancy tests and all have been negative. Today when I did a pregnancy test and peed in the cup, I saw white stringy particles of some sort.. Not all were stringy.. Some were just particles.
