Hello 2 Weeks Ago I Fell Down 6 Stairs Landing

2 weeks ago I fell down 6 stairs landing on my tail bone every step. Instantly my spine felt crushed from the base of my skull to the tail bone. And my bottom felt wet. I went to get xray after a week of extreme pain. Part of my tail bone is cracked. Dr said take tylenol and advil. I've been taking 2 extra strength every 4 hours now haven't pooped in 24 hours. My pelvis. Bum. Back of legs. And heels r numb and tingly. Also my whole spine still hurts de said looked fine but my hands and arms go numb as well
