Hello, 3 And 1/2 Months Ago I Had A Big

Hello, 3 and 1/2 months ago I had a big fall on a off road motocycle falling from quite high up and landing and hitting my hip very hard on a hard ground I got straight up and managed to get off the track to the pits where I had to just sit down as the pain was bad. I had sat down for about 1 hour then got up and was completely stiff. I then could not walk properly for about two weeks and about 4 weeks until I could run on it, It still hurt mind but I wanted a quick recovery. However 3 and 1/2 months later it still courses some pain to me not when walking and running as such just randomly and also the part I must of hit on the ground if I was to run my fingers over it I cannot feel it ", someone could prick it with a needle and I bet I wouldn't feel it. I did not go to the hospital as I am scared to go so I was wondering what you might think about it. Thank you very much
