3 weeks ago I fell down the stairs. I had a very big bruise on my left butt cheek. The bruise went away but I have a dent. I can still walk, wear heels and exercise but it does hurt a bit when I touch it. I've asked around and someone suggested fat grafting. Will it go away or should I see a plastic surgeon?
