Hello 3 Weeks Ago My Dog Got Into Peoples Trash

Hello 3 weeks ago my dog got into peoples trash he smelled real bad so I showerd him
And he had human blood and feces on him so im guessing he was in trash im very worried because i had a very deep cut on my finger so i came direct contact with i dont know whos blood on my dog ..and 3 days ago i had asore throat running nose headeaches.. im scared my dog had someones hiv blood on him and i been infected by the deep cut on my finger
