Hello, 38 Years Ago, At Age 19, I Had Ulcerative

Hello, 38 years ago, at age 19, I had Ulcerative Colitis and 7 years after that had an ileostomy. Now I have Crohne's disease, but I was told my original diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis must have been wrong as it is not possible to have both. I know my physician was sure of my original diagnosis. Do you have an opinion on this please?
