Hello. 40 Year Old Female. For The Past 3 Months

Hello. 40 year old female. For the past 3 months I have had vaginal bleeding between periods. I bleed anytime I do exercises, cough or clear my throat strongly, or even when I orgasm. Sometimes it feels like my bladder is leaking. I have had to wear pads everyday as a precaution.
