Hello, 6 Years Ago, I Had A Surgery To Repair

Hello, 6 years ago, I had a surgery to repair upper blood vessels damaged by a bullet wound; carotid artery, subclavian artery and vein, jugular Vein, aortic arch, innominate artery. Recovery did not take too long, I felt normal after 2-3 pass surgery but I fell strange sensations sometimes after good work out. It feels like inflammation somewhere in the throat. Pain occurs mostly only with increased heart rate and a change of body position; pulsating pain coming from my left ear to the heart. It stops when I calm down and stay in the same position. These feelings last for about 3 days, and then it all goes away. What could that be? Thank you
