Hello, A Couple Years Ago I Received A Faulty Steroid

Hello, A couple years ago I received a faulty steroid shot that resulted from what I believe to be malpractice into muscular atrophy in my lower back, pretty close to my spine. I have had minor to severe problems around the area of injection, the right side of my right leg, and my right shoulder muscles. I believe the spot where the injection took place is very close to a group of nerves or something and that is why I am experiencing all of these problems. My leg falls asleep a lot, but thankfully not to a degree to where I am unable to walk, yet. My back and shoulder have random pain spasms and become very sore. What is a step or treatment I can do to fix these problems?
