A few days ago I yawned and I felt immense pain under my jawbone. I used my hands to rub the affected area and I felt a very tough lump. I rubbed it and pushed the lump inwards and it went back into place and it no longer hurts. But after that event, my jaw started to feel very heavy with slight pain. Can you please identify the problem?
