Hello, A Recent MRI Report Says, Extruded Disc Material Seen

Hello, A recent MRI report says, extruded disc material seen behind the L4 vertebral body on the region of the right foremen causing compression of the L4 nerve root. Right lateral recesses narrowing is also seen at this level.
Is microdisectomy the procedure and how severe is the rupture?
