Hello! A Urologist Confirmed The Existence Of A Lumb Near

Hello! A urologist confirmed the existence of a lumb near the prostate and suggested biopsy. Is this definitely an indicator of prostate cancer or could it possibly be due to prostates or BPH? Also, could MRI be a better option than biopsy? My PSA is 7.6. Thank you.
