Hello. A Week Ago I Got In A Motorcycle Crash

Hello. A week ago I got in a motorcycle crash and landed on my left hip and got a pretty big bruise. I've been pretty immobile this week and am getting close to normal when today (9 days after) I started getting a hard achy lump on the inside of my same leg about 5 inches above my ankle. It's starting to get swollen and hurts so I took some ibuprofen and have been icing it. The bruise on my hip is starting to fade but I'm not sure if the lower swelling is an emergency or not. I don't have much money so I need to stay away from our quacky hospital if I can. Thanks for any advise
