About 1 month or 2 ago, I bent my penis during sex. There was a brief period of pain and some minor swelling, but I could otherwise maintain an erection with no issues. Ever since then I've had pretty decent sized lump on the mid-shaft of my penis during erections. There was only pain during the erections for about the first week or so, but now there is no pain at all. The bump seemingly hasn't grown or shrunk since the injury, and it causes a slight bend downward. No bruising, no discoloration, no swelling, just a quarter sized lump. Any ideas of what I'm dealing with?
