Hello! About 3 Months Ago I Was Having Severe Headaches

Hello! About 3 months ago I was having severe headaches every day for a few weeks. Now those have ceased and I'm developing new symptoms. I become dizzy, experience numbness and my forehead area, and have uncontrollable twitches in my neck and eyes (similar to tourette's tics). When these symptoms occur I find it difficult to concentrate and it has become so frequent I can barely stand to be awake sometimes. I plan on making an appointment with a neurologist, but was hoping for an opinion sooner. I have no other health problems other than being overweight and very acute asthma.
