Hello. About 4 Months Ago I Went And Got A

Hello. About 4 months ago I went and got a Copper IUD at my gynecologist, and recently i went in to see her and i had bacterial vaginosis. She gave me antibiotics.

My current issue is i've been getting occasional pain in the right side of my lower abdomin, and also I am dealing with some brownish, thin discharge that has an odd smell. Just wondering if I should be concerned about any of this? Thanks!
