Hello , Actually i am an ENT doctor , my dad is on solupred therapy for 2 years till now , he started with a dose of 60 mg/day then tappered along 1 year till 10mg/day and he continued on 10 mg for another year and now the dose is reduced to 7.5 mg/ day and i need to know the scedule for safe and gradual withdrawl of it , he is 75 years old having diverticular disease of the colon , thanks in advance.
