Hello. After A Few Days Of Waking Up A Few

Hello. After a few days of waking up a few times per night because of my 13 months girl, I woke up having a thoracic spine pain. I should say that I did see a chiropractor a while back for three different spine pains in three different locations, but I had never experience this pain. When I swallow food, I feel a sharp pain between the shoulder blades, in the spine. It is not my stomach, since I had stomach pains before. The pain occurs before reaching the entrance of the stomach, above the sternum. Could you give any advice.
