Hello. Almost A Week Ago, I Was Leaning Over The

Hello. Almost a week ago, I was leaning over the arm of a chair to retrieve something that fell on the floor, and I felt a sharp pain in my left upper rib cage. It has gradually gotten more sore over the past 6 days and it is now very noticable and sore. I have a slight cold, and when I cough I detect a slight "clicking" in the same area that is sore. There is no bruising. Should I be worried, or call my doctor on Monday? I am not aware that there is anything that can be done for a cracked rib. But it is very uncomfortable.
