Am 27 years only had one IVF abortion in 2014 sept after 7 months on 11th June 2015 got pregnant spontaneously then again abortion in 2015 of July then from den will had regular periods till Feb and this month I missed a period it was on 10th but it's been 4 days no periods,have stomach ache,and negative pregnancy test wts the reason pl tell.
