I lost all my testes through testicular torsion.
But I can erect and have intercourse
However at the point of ejaculation no any Semen or spermatocyt is released.
When I press my scrotum I feel a sensional pain on a tiny folding inside.
Am asking could there be any tissue left in scrotum that can be used to generate sperms and have a biological baby.
