Hello, As A Child, My Psoriasis Was Treated With X-rays

Hello,
As a child, my psoriasis was treated with X-rays (about 1950) . Now at 79, I am experiencing increasingly frequent outbreaks of Squamous cell carcinoma, nine since September, several reoccurring adjacent to prior lesions that had been removed by Mohs excision. I have spent many hours on the web trying to find a center or clinical study that can deal with this issue to no avail.

I'm also wondering whether or not these lesions could be removed by freezing before they become very large. I have had so many of these over the years (over 70) that I have come to recognize them early on.

Is there a chemo that might work? How about vit B-3?

Any thoughts? My Mohs surgeon, nice guy, appears to have reached the limits of his knowledge (good mechanic but no inclination to go beyond the obvious protocols he learned in med school).

Thanks for your time.
