Hello. As If A Switch Was Thrown, My Hearing Suddenly

Hello. As if a switch was thrown, my hearing suddenly sounds echo-ish. Clearing my ears doesn't help. Seems like both ears. Am in good health and have done nothing out of the ordinary other than eating a very cold ice cream from Dairy Queen. Thank you.
