Is It Safe To Use Follihair A Tablets Long-term With A 3-month On, 2-month Off Cycle?

Hello. My query is that post covid, my hairs started falling down quite heavily. Through follihair A tablets and minoxidil 5 percent things are now under control and hair fall has also got reduced to a great extent. So, can I use follihair a tablets for life long. Like 3 months of continuous use and then 2 months break and then again 3 months of continuous use. Will that be okay. ? I also have dandruff issue. Once, had consulted a doctor and the doctor had suggested me to use 8x shampoo on every alternate days? As long as i use it, dandruff remains very minimal. But if i do not shampoo my hair for like 2 days it again starts coming So, your cent on this dandruff issue?
