Hello, Been Working Nonstop For Three Months And Started To

Hello,
Been working nonstop for three months and started to feel run down last week. Now my head is congested and my ears are popping. Low grade fever and body aches. Mentally foggy, slight sore throat. Slightly brown/yellow phlegm with one pin prick of blood in my first Kleenex of the day for the past few days. Starting to get my energy back, but not the way I need to.
Is this a sinus infection? I just remember my last one a few months ago being so much worse....
