Hello, CT Scan Shows 7.5x7.7x8.7 Lesion (pouch) On The Left

Hello, CT scan shows 7.5x7.7x8.7 lesion (pouch) on the left upper pole of my left kidney. There is 3.6x2cm hyperdense mass. My doc recommends the radical removal of the kidney. I am wondering if Microwave Ablation can burn and rid of the entire pouch without removing the kidney. I am scheduled to have MRI to have the final determination. Thanks for your opinion
