Can someone please help me I'm really freaking out. The very tip of my penis is slightly tender. Sometimes during the day it goes away and sometimes it just hardly comes back. There is no redness. There is no discharge. When I go to the bathroom it doesn't burn. Im very nervous about this as I have never experienced this before. It's all I think about so at this point it could be mental. It has been going on roughly for the last day 1/2 to 2 days. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm really nervous.
