Hello DR. I Have A Dull Headache...almost Like I Have

Hello DR. I have a dull headache...almost like i have been swimming all day or just sinuses,stuffy.
DX diabetic...stopped taking metformin and atorovastatin...3 months ago..taking: Byetta sometiimes 2x day
usually once..poor eating habits. Synthroid 75mcg
my daily blood tests are very nice...70 -- 115.
Awaiting blood test orders from my endocrinologist....Visit on 17th
