Hello Dear, My Wife Was Diagnosed Assist In Uterus And

Hello Dear,
My wife was diagnosed assist in uterus and also (water pockets). The doctor has operated her successfully but she was not conceived.
After two month we go for routine checkup her. After ultrasound doctor said that her one Fallopian tube is blocked and other is swelled and her blood is going back and jam during periods it is therefore again small assist is developing. Doctor advise of Test Tube Baby is only option. Please advise us.
