Hello Dentist's, I'm Away From My Home Country & My

Hello Dentist's, I'm away from my home country & my wisdom teeth is paining very much. Well when I saw it what it seems to be is cavity so going for RCT or tooth removal is advisable ? As I am away from my home country RCT is very costly which I would not prefer but still doctor advice is considered on top-priority. Also it is paining every day which medicine should I take till I visit dentist to control the pain ?
