Hello Doc,

I am 19 weeks pregnant now. I am scarred after seeing your answer that should not take Iron and calcium tablet together and not even take a milk after having Iron tablet in of your reply to other's queries.

I take both the tablet together at night time and also having milk after that. I will stop doing this but please let me know what are side effect i would have got till now or what is harm of taking both the tablet together and having milk after that ?
