Hello Doc.
I am aged 33 years and suffering from mild chest pain on continuous basis. I have gone through TMT, It was okay, further requested for ECHO and the report was also okay, however when I go through Lipid profile test, I got surprized LDL, VLDL/LDL ratio HDL/LDL ratio Triglyceride and Total cholesterol all are showing above range result. Doctor suggested me two medicine one is Concor 5 and another is roseday 10.
I am afraid if something happened to me. please suggest me the correct solution. I have already started exercise on daily basis but the time span is not 30 min. it is sumwhat around 8 - 10 mins.
